Ugh, I think a more judicious use of ye'ol censor stickers would have been more welcome.  As it is, I will cry myself to sleep tonight as that image haunts me.

To be fair to Deon, as it stands it isn't much worse than visiting a beach for the unjustifiably over confident... though he is pushing "what is acceptable" a bit I think.

Trees are animate though.

Also, they're probably just stoned.

Also, there are two ways an elf gets stoned: smoking pot and visiting the dwarves.

I still think they should be paranoid and high strung.
An elf can't have a stick up his ass if he's mellow, but he can if he thinks the rocks swear at him.
Would also make sense why they don't live underground or like being there.
