In a manner most pixellated. 8x9 is a horribly confined working space. (this could be made an actual dorf graphic so you can have drunken little lofaces waddling around)
As an apology for that horror, here's a slightly more realistic 8x10 (had to use one more height for beard) face.



Yes i picture dorfs as bald, it's more fun this way.
