Sorry I missed this. He wears:
cave spider silk trousers
GCS silk robe
pig tail cloak
GCS silk hood
cougar leather backpack
an artifact flask made out of tigereye. It is encircled with bands of bloodstone and turtle shell.

A full set of iron armor including
masterwork breastplate
masterwork high-boots
Artifact iron leggings menacing with spikes of iron. Has an image of an old king on it in dog leather.

He wields a finely-crafted steel spear covered in forgotten beast blood and an iron shield. He is left handed.

Looks like a stock battle stance. Look at the way the feet are placed. Seems like Fault just didn't do a great job with the perspective.

I'd say its not the perspective, just the lack of background ground.

really? If he was a goblin he'd have a rounder head, shorter body, more prominent ears, and probably teeth or tusks.
