Henry and David relocate, just in case, but keep very close attention to events in south whole time. Not too many seconds later they spot two drones appearing quite close, moving erratically. No doubt the enemy is trying to do some counter sniping, or just otherwise trying to locate you. Maybe he already eliminated the two assault teams and you two are the only ones left? Hard to tell when you are out of communication distance with others. Whatever the situation is, the drones must be shot down regardless.
Drones may move erratically, but they are still large quadcopters with limited mobility. They go down easy. However this means you need to relocate yourself once again. David jumps down to road while Henry opts more horizontal motion. David's choice of escape route turns out to be better one despite landing being little rough. Roof explodes right behind Henry's ass, technically under his tail. Or perhaps it is his tail that is evaporates explosively. Either way, half of his tail cease to be or is torn shreds by plasma explosion sending him tumbling on roof, which doesn't take this abuse very well. While being buried under the rubble he unfortunately loses his revolvers.
Meanwhile down in the heat Gunther desperately tries to do as much meaningful damage as possible with his claws, teeths and sword. He drops the cannon of his and armor on outer parts of his upper and lower right arm slides aside revealing some very intricate mechanisms. Said mechanisms rapidly pulls various three dimensional puzzle pieces together and constructs a gun of some sort on his upper arm. On lower arm the mechanism constructs an unimposing box. He moves his arm trying to get you in front of the barrel while you try to scramble on his backside fast enough. You aren't fast enough, and the gun fires three seconds straight bullets rapidly on your side armor. It's suprisingly ineffectual. Superalloy plating does it job protecting you magnificently. That unassuming box however is something more worrying, because it doesn't resemble any weapon tech you are familiar with, which suggests it's something made by genius of your caliber. So it can be just about anything.
At this point you have made it on his backside where a lot of mundane ammo boxes are held. You kick and claw most of them out of the way and start stabbing his shoulder joint. He doesn't wait for you and swings his arm around, his closed fist passing by your sword arm. It has very interesing effects. All sensors indicate sudden damage to your upper right arm. Coolant liquid is leaking out, ablative wear protection liquid is too leaking out on same area inside your arm. Myomerweave on dragonskin indicates a straight cut going straigh down into bone. Half of the myomer muscles are cut, meaning your arm control is greatly reduced. That's bad. Especially because it was your sword arm. The thing is, you didn't see anything cutting your arm. The wound simply appeared, matching motion and angle of is forearm. Invisible melee weapons cutting through superalloy like hot knive cuts butter? Wonderful! As a scientist you are impressed by his well rounded weaponry sticking to theme of "invisible" and "overpowered". As a soldier you are very worried. Another blind swing more and top of your head falls off, removing your passive radar and exposing the skull cavity housing SPU.
Ben and Carl arrive to the scene, but can't see Gunther's struggle because the area is covered by TOC cloud. Spotty communications from Gunther bring them up to date with situation. They do, however, see trail of hot air on sky above and are in position to shoot its starting point. Nothing falls down regrettably. But as long as you can take down the commander, his drones won't be problems anymore. You both brandish your swords and charge into the cloud in hopes of getting done with him as soon as possible.
Visibility within TOC cloud is barely one meter, but calculating geographical data, your movement speed and Gunther's signal strength you home into his struggle like a laser guided precision missile. Your opponent isn't taken by suprise however. As soon as you see him, he reacts and swings his right arm down like a hammer. The result is an invisible blade splitting Ben's skull vertically half, and loss of SPU and passive radar. As if you needed those at this range anyway.
Three of you working together changes power balance rapidly. Ben and
Carl slash the robot's leg prosthetics off and while Gunther has a contest of seeing if his jaws are stronger than robot's arm by biting down on his forearm and locking down hard as enemy tries to swing. It costs Gunther his entire left arm, but he manages to keep it locked long enough for the other two do enough damage on his shoulder to disable the arm.
Now it is just matter of softening him down. Ben notices that enemy's chest armor is not perfectly on. There's a gap on upper left side, just wide enough to shove sword in. Carl grabs hold of the gap with his claws and pulls it wider while Ben tries to stab his hyperalloy sword all the way in, but misses because enemy starts trashing with all his might to avoid it. His trashing ends up with him falling on his back, leaving him in even worse position.
