Yuki's picture doesn't look that bad, though its missing the pigtails. Also Roshi's portrait is Yosuke and Hideaki's is a soldier from Valkyria Chronicles

Those of you who may have been wondering, the game is not over. It's simply transitioned mostly into PMs for now. Lot's of PCs are being sneaky sneaky, along with a lot of NPCs. Nighttime is coming soon.
