A plastic bottle full of an odd liquid. Shaking the bottle disrupts the functioning of electronics, and can even control them if enough practice is done with the shaking.
A keyboard(the musical type) that fires sonic bullets out of its front(the long side without the keys on it) when played. Better playing will result in more powerful sonic bullets.

This seems to be what has consensus for Red. The problem is, it's only one action. You get one use of Either, one use of Fusion, and one use of Infusion. I'm fairly sure you don't want to only preform one action, right?
