Probably proportional to how many extra calories they take, which is probably the bigger issue.  Though certainly not the worst - if we're looking for organic systems to do work, we *have* beasts of burden :P  Certainly cheaper than people, and less morality stuff.

So Trump wants Clinton to do a drugs test before the next debate, because he suspects she was high on something the last debate.

Slightly surprised that he hasn't changed her nickname to Hooked Hillary yet.

Meanwhile Hillary ominously warns for the consequences when she's not elected, saying "I am the last person standing between you and the Apocalypse".
That kinda does sound like she's on drugs.

Heh, yeah, I mentioned the drug test a ways back. Still curious what would happen if she called him on it. He's already blown off at least one challenge of that sort this campaign cycle...

Plus that sniffing of his was amusingly suspicious, so far as illicit drug abuse goes :V

In Orange Country, the local Republican's office was torched with a molotov (or other incendiary explosive, my newspaper uses the general term 'burnbomb') and a sign was left saying "leave our town, nazi republicans, or else." No one was injured in the attack, but the building has been heavily damaged. The republican party is considering hiring extra security for all republican offices in the US. Clinton has condemned the attack, calling it terrible and unacceptable, and expressing relief that no one was injured.

I can't help the thought springing to mind that even though it might very well have been left-wing extremists who did it, it might just as well have been extremist Trump supporters themselves thinking this would gain the Republicans pity votes / discredit the democrats.

Burnbomb? Is Whedon writing your newspaper? Because that sounds like Buffy Speak.

No it's in Dutch. Burnbomb is just my literal translation of the term 'brandbom'.

I hope so...
Though ironically that's what one might otherwise call "victim blaming"...  Regardless, it's a real possibility.

Wouldn't victim-blaming be if you said "they brought it upon themselves"?

I'm not sure if one needs to go to false flag conspiracies for this one. There's a lot of resentment for a lot of things in this country, and the Republicans exemplify these things a lot. Also when the candidate they've put forward is advocating for some terrible things it seems natural that some people that would be adversely effected by those things push back. This is obviously a terrible way to do it, but it's not really a shocker.

Trump doesn't have a monopoly on the violent angry irrational people, as much as he's tried to corner that market.

Conspiracy?  What conspiracy is anyone talking about?  All people are saying is that motives from each side exist.

Expressing any reasonable doubt over certain allegations is sometimes called "victim blaming", but I digress.

I hope it was false-flag.

Theories of false flag operations are outlandish.  They do happen but not really often.  What's not outlandish is that Trump is out there calling establishment republicans corrupt and disloyal.  Well it's outlandish behavior but it's not outlandish to say it's happening.
