Which place would be? Well maybe one of the Scandinavian or uhh... that other place people confuse for Scandinavia.

Before Trump I would have said that the US is far less racist/discriminate then it appears, it is just a lot more public and in the public eye then other countries. It is actually one of the better countries, likely in the top 10 (Certainly better than the majority of European, Asian, and African Countries.)

This. When the west was originally thought as 'west of the Greenwich Meridian'...and other matters including her notes on that one article. I sorely dislike when 'free speech' is connotated to the idea of 'speaking one's mind' [inclusive with hate speech] when just keeping it in thought and then refining the idea is also a better outcome. And that's not the origin of the issue as detailed (although the primacy effect does hold--attention and such to wording at the start).

But query to the medical professionals--it's against ethics for decades >_< It still happens nowadays though?
