Well, till then, ...I'd poke Monitor lizard, but I'm not sure they played for even a week *shrug*
Sacrilege!  There is no such thing as too much alcohol!

JIT production should ensure you will never need more than 20 barrels of it, tops, unless satisfying needs.

Trying to go for all boozes, you'll need more...72, iirc? But you'll likely never get an embark where you actually have access to all of them, due RNG of having pops available.

Alright. A week has passed, and I can take a turn now. Could someone send me the save?

So, I've downloaded the save and I'm not quite sure what to do now, I've unzipped the file and placed it in the save file, but it seems to just say it can't access a resolution despite it having that resolution and me not messing with any of those files. Any advice?

If you're having installation issues and the previous player uses the same operating system, you may as well simply transfer the entire game file.

In other news, I haven't been following this fort because college, but for the next couple weeks I have a combination of good computer and free time that enables me to take a turn if necessary.

Guys, this is gonna be highly unpopular, but it's pretty clear this place burned out faster than anticipated without good writers or complicated side stories going on. As such, I deem this place deader than dirt and I'm locking the thread.

No ifs, ands, or buts.

If you guys wanna do a do-over, that's fine, but I'm leaving this shit to die in the sun.

To Mr Frog and Nakeen, I still think you guys are damned fine modders for what you've done for the setting, even if I've ultimately not liked them with the benefit of hindsight (except for the Spawn, because no DF version should be without them.)
