If you have 6 INT, you can have 6 lvl-1 abilities, or say 5 lvl-1 abilities and 1 lvl-2 ability.

6 lvl-1 abilities would be:
Ability A - 1
Ability B - 1
Ability C - 1
Ability D - 1
Ability E - 1
Ability F - 1

5 lvl-1 abilities and 1 lvl-2 ability would be:
Ability A - 1
Ability B - 1
Ability C - 1
Ability D - 1
Ability E - 1
Ability F - 2

It's the same amount of abilities but one of the sets has one of its ability at an increased level. The second set should in fact only have 4 lvl-1 abilities for a total of 5 abilities.

Yeah, I was tired then. As for the story, there is really a lot. Read op of both the IC and OOC threads and you'll get a glimpse, but it may be hard to explain the lore and story of like 4 threads before this.

Also, plot will start when Akroma gets back. For now, interact with each other, the world, NPCs, etc.
