It seems someone escaped the bus through the windshield and landed on the pavement. He just got up and walked into the school afterward. The ambulance arrived, presumably for him, but considering he got up on his own and walked into the school they might not be able to grab him.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident, questinging the woman who startedt he accident as well as the bus drivers. Most of the students were unhurt on account of it being a sparsely packed bus, but some of them are very clearly traumatized.
You receive a text from an identified source: Investigate how the American student survived.

You follow the backup of buses, lining up before the bus stop to unload students. It looks like there was some kind of accident at the bus stop. There are police cars and an ambulance, but the EMTs are standing around not knowing what to do. You see broken glass in front of the bus but no blood on the pavement or anything.

Her name is Rukia Nura, and sits in the front of the class next to two other girls, a girl with long black hair and glasses, and a girl with cherry red short hair (obviously died) and a placid expression.
The nurse looked a little tense when you walked in. She was relieved to discover you had no lasting injuries.

The original owner of the backpack comes to take it back, so you give it to him and head off the bus.
YOu hear an ambulance rolling through the city, and notice Major... the guy who got thrown out the windshield... shamlbing into the school nonchalantly.
You saw a silvery knife that gives you an awful sense of dread.
