Oohoohoo boy. I was so eager for this it actually got me energetic and I had to stop reading and continue a couple of times.
That said, will dialogue occur between turns or will I have to wait for the turn? It'll determine how long of a post I make.

As a matter of fact the idea for Radia's power came from Tracer's dash thing, that leaves a trail of light. Not from Infamous.

And then I said "Oh hey these powers look cool" and decided not to make her a Tracer expy.
