This, pretty much. All I did was fill in Lillian's backstory, how she became a Gear Sheriff and left out any reference to how she got to Fairfield bar her disappearing suddenly on patrol.

If you take Wizardry twice, do you double your resources?

You can't take it twice though, because all our abilities are starting at level 1.

I think duplicating wizardry would mean you have two different sources of unlimited power. IE: You'd have a green lanterns ring AND be a powerful wizard. And so you'd have two separate power sources and resource pools.
