Interference will come into play after Timeskips. It allows me to keep track on how much a civ was exposed to a god, and I will roll to see if they remembered it and if it influenced their progress.

Sadly yes. Nothing prevent others from interfering with a specific species.
And once a species life is directly interfered by a God, the Interference can't be removed, as they won't forget easily a godlike being.

Your best bet would be to tell to the other gods not to mess up with your creations. Or to hide yourself from them far away.

The memory of a god can be forgotten during Timeskips though.
