Munroe should have paid his debt, but that does not necessarily mean we need to smite him. That said, Munroe is actively opposing/exploding practically everyone else's work and he took a loan he knew he'd never pay back, therefore we have no choice but to punish him. There is no way to make him repay the debt, and impisoning him for eternity helps no one. I'm afraid the only option I see is to remove him.

I'm sorry Munroe. For me there is no choice. I take no pleasure in this.
