The mechanics are as follows: There are unceasing flames everywhere. Filling the Void that is the current Bubble of Creation. It is of ambiguous temperature. It may or may not actually be hot. Does it really matter if it is hot? By definition as the fire being the baseline temperature, all mortals created would be naturally capable of surviving said temperature. Probably makes some light also. Maybe have the fire not be in atmospheres?
