In the open plain close to Red Forest, Lorence is going to take a nap, hoping that nothing would disturb him.
[5] He found a patch of tall grass which he was unable to spot earlier. He checked if there are any mutants, mutated vegetation or anomalies. After getting sure that he can rest there safely, he moved into the grass, curled up and fallen asleep.

In the vicinity of CHP, Gher finished his controller snack while soldiers sounded an alarm against him.
[1] When Gher was done with controller, in his bloodlust he decided to catch another prey and followed noise from gunshot. Still berserk he smashed his way through gates and ran right in the middle of CHP's square, right in sniper's area!
[Snipers: 4, Gher: 3] Seeing a mutant strong enough to smash through their gates, snipers reacted quickly and started shooting. But the hound was too quick for them, running in circles and jumping, their bullets inflicted only slight scratches, which regenerated quickly due to three latest meals he had. Then Gher hidden in a small building, just close to the armory.
Back in the hallways Dustan, Fisk and Viltriskia heard the alarm. What's going on? Viltriskia asked one of watchmen running in a hurry: Mutant attack! he shouted and ran to wake up other soldiers. Colonel decide to check his new squad and run to armory, and eliminate the threat.
Gher was still sitting in his hideout, berserk rage growing and growing, almost making him run away and smash everything around in fury. But still his instinct said that he'd better lay low until someone comes by... and dies a gruesome death. He wasn't aware that he closed path to crucial part of CHP - the armory, to which Dustan, Fisk and Viltriskia were coming. Gher hidden in a dark corner, and when they approached, he ambushed them!
[Gher: 4, Dustan: 4, Fisk: 5, Viltriskia: 4] The hound have jumped out of his hideout, aiming at Dustan's head. He barely dodged incoming mutant, Viltriskia reacted just like Dustan - he had experiences with mutants like this one before. Fisk jumped in time too, though he jumped towards barracks doors and opened them. The squad drawn their weapons, Gher found himself in sniper's reach and they started to shoot.
[Gher: 4, Snipers: 2, Dustan: 6, Fisk: 2, Viltriskia: 2] Snipers utterly missed the mutant! Dustan aimed perfectly well but Gher charged and bit him, fangs going deeply in his hand - this made Dustan shoot himself in the foot! Viltriskia stood there motionless, not knowing what to do next. While Fisk managed to open barracks, he didn't knew where the key to cabinets and chests with weapons, armor and ammo were!
Gher: Berserk intensifies
Dustan: right hand and left foot heavy wounded, lost one bullet, Health status changed to WoundedThe soldiers and Bill took off from the outpost and towards CHP Dytyatki, where mutant was spotted. Bill asked them:Anything I need to know before I possibly die?, but before they could respond a report came through the radio.
*All military units under command of CHP Dytyatki must aid in defending the checkpoint! A mutant of unusual strenght and ferocity got in checkpoint's vicinity and started wreaking chaos. We were cut out from armory and our supplies are running dry!
[1] Again soldiers looked at each other and said to Bill: Possibly die? If you want to fight with that monstrosity, then you'd surely die!
