well there's a lot of things
the justification for recording in the first place, for one. it's never really said WHY jane chooses to record two people who are..... staring at each other?? why would that be entertaining? why would she just do it without asking? why would a private school attendee think of doing something so stupid?
second is the justification. people do record fights at public schools, but this is neither a fight nor a public school. everyone always doing something doesn't make it right.
