Alternatively, if it's not important to her character, age Blastette up. Say that the doctor thought an adult version of the hero would be stronger than a teenage one.

I should clarify the reason I made her teenaged in the first place: back for the setting she was originally partially thought up for, the players were weaker superheroes evacuated to a spess colony so to not get horribly murdered by a world conquering supervillain

and being young was like the most common reason to evacuate or one of them so I had the mental image of a teenager

If you don't want her to be the only one in her age group then I suggest aging her up. Added benefit: this doesn't turn into superhero school.

I don't actually have any major issue with being in the minority age group here, and I in fact believe it should be majority adult :V Just wouldn't mind one other character around her age or so, whiiich TBF seems to be providing

(besides, to become a superhero school, Blitz would actually have to run a superhero school, so that's not gonna be a real issue :V)
