Also, Elf, does Emilia know about the Farm? Because running into her and then maybe being directed there is one of few ways I can see Tori ending up there.

Tori ran from the company's headquarters. Some time afterwards, either she ran into Emilia or Emilia found her hiding in an alleyway when looking for criminals to perform JUSTICE^TM on. Poor attempts at explanation happen, Emilia still figures out that Tori needs help, and either brings her home for a while until they end up going to New Orleans and the Farm and just drop her off there, or Emilia manages to make her dad buy a plane ticket and give Tori the required money to get to the Farm?

Any translating will be done by other characters that can understand her, none of mine
