You are Sascha Garrard. You're a hard man, who's lived a hard life, and unapologetically to boot. You wern't born into a life of crime, but you fell into it easily enough, using your size, hardiness and grit to your advantage in making a name for yourself. It wasn't long into your life until you were scooped up by one of the older crime families in the city, and put to work. First it was hunting down the people who owed you organization money, then it was organizing their protection racket in part of the city, and then it was quite simply cracking the skulls of the people you were pointed at. As your influence and reputation within the organization grew however, it's own influence and reputation waned. It wasn't built for the current landscape in the city, and was beginning to buckle under the strain. Before long, the remaining members of the family were killed by a mysterious metahuman assassin, and their more loyal lieutenants were killed by rival organizations. That's left you and a handful of others all below notice, but you can't help but view the remains of the crumbling organization you were part of as an opportunity.

The first order of business will be gathering what you can from the ashes.

Choose a starting set of underlings. Underlings will be essential to preparing for and executing tasks, you can't do it all yourself.

6 thugs.  Physical and mentally weaker than our guy, they shouldn't have their own agenda.  At this stage, absolute control is necessary if we're to build a power base.

If we want absolute control we should go for the three loyalists, rather than a pack of disloyal street trash.

Three Loyalist criminals

I like the idea of a revivial of our old gang per say. An how best then to set up first, wait in the shadows, and then strike back at one of our old rivals.

We'll also have to show them who's boss but that will take time. This is effect medium difficulty it seems so I'm game.
