Cut straws with Sharp Rock.
Put bunch of straws in Sleepy Huts, makes sleeping soft and warm.

Description: Wet Straws in water river a day long makes straws soft and easy to "braid".  You braid like "this and that" and make rope, like vine but stronger and longer vine.

Name: Catch Neighs
Description: Bring straws and rope.  Come near small Neighs and offer straws, they will eat.  Put rope around neck of small Neighs, and pull it along to tribe.

I don't think that's how this works..

edit: What you could have done instead, was +1 to the two first options, and leave the third one out entirely.
That -1 vote just.. seems odd to me.

Hunters offer straw to Neighs.  Neighs take bait and eat.  Rope made by Braiders allow Hunters to bring Neighs back to tribe and make them obedient.  (6) After time, several Neighs prefer to be with Tribe rather than roam.  Some Hunters become Riders and roam the plains using Pointy Stick to hunt.

Riders who go out far distance see signs of Hunters after time of chasing Hairy Horns.  Going back, discover Tribe Hunters had not gone that far out.  Many question why tracks exist.  Some think may be new tribe.

Description: Some of the plants we eat we dont eat all of. In most cases, the small hard bits. We have seen the same sort of plants grow from where we have dumped that waste food, lets try to see if it happens if we put them in areas we want them. Say, in a shallow trench in moist land...

Name: Clay/Pottery
Description: There is mud that is fun to make shapes with and gets harder than other mud. Often found near river. What happens if we try drying things in really hot sun?
Resources: Clay (TO BE FOUND)
Additional: If fire is discovered, try putting clay items in edge of fire, or in hot ash.

Name: Get Doggies
Description: Snarls are good hunters, hunt with their pack. If catch at young age, can we make us their pack and have them hunt with us?

Name: Throwing Stick
Description: If we take long stick, put notch in end so that it can cup end of another stick, hold notched stick and put pointy stick into notch, can we use notched stick to throw pointy stick farther?
Resources: Pointy stick(many), big stick, sharp rock as tool

Name: Stick Launcher
Description: Bend some stick stick bend back to initial shape. Tie gut between ends of stick so we can bend both ends at once, put another stick onto the gut and the middle of the bendy stick, pull gut back so stick bend, release gut, launch stick?
Resources: Springy stick, stick(many), gut, sharp rock

Description: Bones from eaten prey carved with sharp rock into various shapes for various things. An example being a "needle" (thin short piece of bone sharp at one point and hole at other.

Both of these are far too generic.  Kindly make them to be more specific.

Well fine, if no one wants bloody fire, have this suggestion:

Name: Chop Stick
Description: A celtic axe. Essentially a rock shoved through a hole in a hard stick. Makes cutting small trees more efficient, and cutting bigger trees possible.
Resources: Sharp Rock, Stick

Can use whatever crop you wish, whether it exists in our reality or is madeup.  Just has to be specified.
