Like I said, it was the first SFWish thing I could find. :V

Anyway, we need more goblin dancers as well.

And yes, I'm sad I've yet to get any kobold visitors. ;w;
I've gotten visitors with kobold names, instruments, and clothing. It was quite weird, but in several worlds there's been kobold caves that a bunch of humans, dwarves, and stuff decided to migrate to and become a part of, to the point where there was a population of like 120, but only 5 kobolds. It was weird, but kind of interesting. Aside from their equipment the visitors seemed pretty normal, I got several to join my fortress, but I think it was back when permanent residency requests were bugged, so I never got to see that.
EDIT: Forgot to mention none of the visitors were actual kobolds.

This is just a guess, but it may be do to the coding of the game. Seeing as other races can join different civilizations, and the game counts kobold tribes as civs, I'd say it's entirely possible that other races could join Kobolds. Granted, since the game also codes kobolds as "Not-Your-typical-visitor", You'll probably never be visited by a friendly kobold. Just half-deranged people that spent a decade living in a cave.

Were they bandits/outlaws/outcasts? Human/Dwarven/Elven bandits/outlaws have taken up residence in caves since I started playing (.34). If they aren't bandits or outlaws, but actual members of a Kobold civ, that is indeed something new and interesting.

Is this biome reanimating? I really don't want to know what happens when "absurd numbers of megabeasts" is combined with "reanimating biomes".

I've had refugees from my own abandoned fortresses in 40.24 flee to the nearest cave to take up residence so it does happen. They weren't kobold caves though.

As if 'wolf woman' is really so far-fetched and hard to find now, with the likes of WoW's worgen/pandaren/tauren/arrakoa? choose-your-furry-affinity bit goin' on, or TES's khajiit, or...

For some reason I am sorely tempted to a cheetah man adventurer and find as many ways to reference an ancient crappy game compilation as possible. :V

i usually come here to get my mind off of sex, and on to committing genocide against elves and goblins.

I really want to OOCQ this, but at the same time I really don't want to add "humans" to the end of that list.

Now in DF terms, some of the animal people are amazingly badass as adventurers. I'm playing a tiger woman right now, and winning easily. Elephant people can reportedly toss average-sized victims a considerable distance. If it's venomous, all you may need to end a fight is one good bite or sting, get that venom into their blood, and kite them for the remainder of their lives.

And then you run into a hamster man and 'squeeee' it to death.
It's also amusing to murder an animal man in front of the rest of their group. Since they have no allegiances, and if they cease to run in terror/beat you up, they will just discuss how you totally just murdered that guy right in front of them. It is terrifying.
