Sorry, people. I realise that my play this game has been pretty (entirely) abysmal. On the bright side, as far as I can tell, as long as Tiruin is town and doesn't die tonight it's literally impossible for the town to lose at this stage since she lives as long as Jack does in that case. So at the minute the game is basically won as long as Wozzy's night skip does what he thinks it does.

So for players:
Jack is confirmed as town assuming BHK's ability works like he says it does.
Tiruin is unlikely to be scum unless asking to die is part of a gambit.
Wozzy seems likely to be town. If he skips tonight the town can't lose, so it seems unlikely that he'd claim this ability as scum.
BHK has claimed confirmable actions, but the scum also haven't performed any kills. Interaction with TBF makes it unlikely that he'd be scum.
4mask: I don't think it's very unlikely that he'd bus a scum partner that would almost certainly be lynched the next day anyway barring a major turnaround. Seems most likely scum at the minute to me, but I need to get time to do a proper re read.

Deus Asmoth seems most likely to be scum at this point, since BHK and Wozzy are unlikely and Tiruin has protection from lynches anyway and I have no specific reason to disbelieve her claims of protecting people at night.

Bro, that trick does not work as well as you seem to think it does, particularly when you have a reputation for it like I do.  I don't blindly bus people, thank you very much, I only do it if it'll actually earn me townie points (or I think there is a good chance it will).  And come on, with this crowd, who would actually give me town points for being the last person on the TBF lynch?

That being said, I'm going to laugh my ass off after the game if this is a high-risk gambit that backfired horribly on me because of the way confirmed and near confirmed town are shaking out, because that's classic 4mask right there.

The previous Null Nevermore disintegrates with a grin on his face.

But they aren’t told that, nor will it show up in the vote count. Heh heh… also, it’s worth noting that although this action doesn’t kill, it still counts as a kill action.

The remaining Masks disintegrate.

And then holes in the world open, sucking everybody through them.

"I'm thinking you've earned this. The portals will take you home. They may also result in temporary insanity and memory loss. Like, complete memory loss. What, you think I want to get the knowledge that I LOST A GAME spread throughout the multiverse? Have fun!"

With that, everybody is pulled towards their respective portal. But two people still have things to do.

First, Wozzy, now revealed as the demonic archer Leraje, draws forth an arrow from his quiver and shoots it at 4maskwolf. It hits, and a horrible necrosis afflicts him.

A highly powerful virus was soon found infecting the Bay12Games main server.

Second... Jack A T pulled forth a golden crown, the crown of the Queen of Canada, and tossed it to Tiruin, who caught it, surprised.

"Take this... and remember me."

The portals finished the job soon after, sending the former players of the game back to their home worlds. As an afterthought, Null tosses a sphere of energy through Tiruin's portal before it closed.

The ball of energy stabilized Tiruin's new form, making her mostly human.

"Well then. That was fun. At least until I lost. Hm. I'm going to go help Lord English destroy his section of the multiverse or whatever he plans on doing."

Null vanishes from existence. The L.Y.N.C.H. is soon collected by Nowhere, who disappears in a flash of light.

Game over. Town win.

(Night): Action Nullification [target]: I nullify the target’s action, effectively blocking them. Nullification magic for the win!

Commentary: Somewhat standard mafia role blocker with a 1-shot vanillaization. What makes the vanillaization special is that it also takes away the target's vote, leaving them a Stump. But they don't know that. If used properly, it could be used to trick the town into thinking it was MYLO when it was actually LYLO, or not MYLO when it actually was MYLO.

Doc Scratch(mafia)
(Night): Masterful Manipulation [target1], [target2]: Target1 changes his target to target2 if he/she is using a single target action. If he/she is using a multiple target action, one of his/her targets is chosen at random and is changed to target2.
(Night): Deductive Surge [statement]: You determine if the chosen statement is true, false, or somewhere in between. From the speaker’s perspective, anyway. For certain statements, this might not be possible. Examples include guesses and statements of intent.

Commentary: So... redirector and truth teller. MAFIA TRUTHTELLER. I mean, seriously, who makes a mafia truth teller? Me. So here's an interesting note: I would have given TheBiggerFish the exact same role as town. Which means he could just claim his role instead of fake claiming. And perhaps the truth telling ability could have helped to convince people that he was town.

You both also have access to the factional Mafiakill, plus a [quicktopic] to communicate with your partner.

Commentary: So, the way this scum team turned out... weaker than most town. But only in the "no uberpowered abilities" way. What this scum team does have are a myriad of ways to deal with the town's powers, as can be seen, for instance, when TBF redirected BHK to Deus Asmoth. So... a very manipulative scum team.

Commentary: One of the weaker of the town roles... hm. Also responsible for a bit of confusion. So... a randomize and a 1-shot auto that gives whoever offed him his role, minus the auto. Which could be used to help track down who killed him, for instance.

(Night): Unfortunate Accident [target]: Your target slips on a banana peel and smashes their head or equivalent into a wall, knocking them out and hence blocking them. If you successfully use this on a given target two nights in a row, in addition to the blocking, it will also kill them. Blunt force trauma. Simple, yet effective.
(1-Shot, Auto): Disaster Aversion: When you would be hit by a kill action, it’s redirected to a random player other than you. This ability only works once, unfortunately.

Commentary: Y'know, I expected to have a lot more deaths in this game, with this ability, 4maskwolf's Liberal Crime Squad, the Death Card, the Necrotic Arrow... bah. In any case: have some more action interference. If Disaster Aversion actually triggered(it didn't), it would have been hilarious for me. Especially if it triggered with Necrotic Arrow.

Canadian Criminal Code s. 49(a)(town)
(Day): Pass The Crown [target]: You may only use this action if there is not currently a living player with the “Queen of Canada” Auto. Your target gains “(Auto): Queen of Canada: You are the Queen of Canada.” You’re not entirely sure how you do this. And you’re not entirely sure of what would happen if a dead Queen of Canada somehow came back to life. Cross was right- sanity is dead.
(Auto): Enforcement of The Law: When a hammer vote(which will definitely cause alarm) is placed on a player who is the Queen of Canada… the voter in question is promptly tossed in a Canadian jail, having their vote nullified for the rest of the day. You would prefer a larger sentence… but no, Null won’t allow it. And whenever a kill action(which would also definitely cause alarm) would hit a player who is the Queen of Canada, the user of said kill action is thrown into a Canadian jail, having their kill action blocked. Enforcement of The Law can only trigger once per phase, and cannot trigger on a LYLO day phase.
(1-Shot, Night): Loophole Abuse: In a nation of nine or fewer people, any murders would be destroying the public peace. Right? All players who would preform a kill action tonight are blocked by being thrown into Canadian jails.

Commentary: I am very glad Jack turned out town courtesy of the random numbers, because if he was mafia I would have had no idea whatsoever to give him for his role. In any case... a major empowerment role that could go for town or against it(imagine it landing on Deus Asmoth or TheBiggerFish...). And Loophole Abuse... because I figured he needed a little more than the crown passing. So I abused the loophole I found in the actual Canadian law text to give him that ability.

(Night): Tarot “Reading” [target]: You read 3 cards from your “deck” of 11 cards onto your target, applying their effects to your target over the next three nights(the first card you draw influences the next night, the second, the night after that, the third, the night after that…). Each player may only be effected by this ability once.
Your cards:
The High Priestess: The night this card takes effect, your target learns a random(other than his or her own role) player’s role, but not said player’s alignment.
The Empress: Your target may take an additional action on the night after this card takes effect. Even if they are dead.
The Chariot: The night this card takes effect, your target’s action will work as they intend, no matter what. No redirection, no randomization, no bussing, no blocking, no protection, no nothing. Nothing will stop their action from working.
The Hermit: The night this card takes effect, your target gains “(1-Shot, Day): Great Wisdom [statement]: You learn if the chosen statement is true or not(or somewhere in between) from the speaker’s perspective. Some statements, such as guesses or statements of intent might not be readable. After use, this ability disappears from your role.”
The Wheel of Fortune: The night this card takes effect, your target gains a 1-shot night ability from this list: Track, Watch, Alignment Inspect, Block, Kill, which will disappear from their role after use.
The Fates: The night this card takes effect, your target will be redirected to a random player(s, if the target is using a multiple target action).
The Moon: The night this card takes effect, your target will be PM’d a random player’s username, and will be told that that player is mafia.
The Sun: The night this card takes effect, your target will be PM’d a random player’s username, and will be told that player’s alignment.
The Renewal: The night this card takes effect, your target will have all of his/her shotted abilities completely refilled.
The Fool: The night this card takes effect, your target will be effected by another Tarot Card, chosen at random.
Death: The night this card takes effect, your target will die at the end of the night. They… will… die. No matter what. This is not a kill action.

(2-Shot, Night): Rework “Fate” [target]: If you hit a player who has been previously hit by Tarot “Reading” using this action, you may freely switch(between nights) the Tarot effects that player will be subject to with each other, before any of them resolve. Example: A player has [card1], [card2], [card3] queued up to effect him on Night 2, Night 3, and Night 4 respectively. You use Rework “Fate” on said player. Now, you may change the order the cards will effect the player, but you cannot change the nights that player will be effected. So, you change the order thus that the order will be [card3], [card1], [card2], but they still effect the player in the order of Night 2, Night 3, and Night 4.

Commentary: I'm particularly proud of this role. INVERSE SLEEPING GOD, mates! A normal sleeping god is a role with a number of special abilities that have unknown effects, and the player can choose which to activate. BlackHeartKabal knew exactly what he could do, he just couldn't choose which. So... "A blind guy running around with a shotgun and candy.", basically. To balance the randomness slightly, he was given a two-shot ability to choose the order in which his cards effected his target.
It's such a pity Renewal didn't ever trigger, I foresaw the potential for hilarity there.

(1-Shot, Day): Necrotic Arrow [target]: You shoot an arrow into your target, giving them necrosis that will kill them at the end of this day, after the lynch. They will rot! ROT! ROT to the point where it will be publicly visible(it will be publicly visible)! This is a kill action.
(1-Shot, Night): Infernal Messenger [target1/self], [target2]: target1 and target2 gain a [quicktopic] together that will last until the end of the next(after this one) night.
(1-Shot, X): Apocalypse Via Legion: The next phase is skipped.
(Auto): Foul Visage: You alignment inspect as mafia.

Commentary: I like this role. Let's see... a 1-shot day kill modified to work better in a fewer person setup, a 1-shot temporary quicktopic creation, and a 1-shot phase skip. And miller(though that doesn't mean much in a setup with no plain inspections, barring Wheel of Fortune gifts). Surprisingly to me, the Apocalypse ability turned out to be the most useful--I never imagined that it could be used to bypass certain Tarot effects that nothing else could influence. The quicktopic creation was also pretty useful as it allowed Wozzy to coordinate his ability usage with BlackHeartKabal(he was informed of the Death card for Tiruin and when it would trigger, so he could use Apocalypse to prevent it). So... he cheated Death. HA.

(1-Shot, Night): Dwarf Fortress [target]: Your target is surrounded with a “Learning Cliff”. All players, other than you, who target said player tonight will have their actions randomized.
(1-Shot, Night): Liberal Crime Squad [target]: Your target is stalked and assaulted by the Liberal Crime Squad and is killed by them. In addition, they tell you who your target targeted tonight. This is a kill action.
(2-Shot, Night): WWI Medic [target]: You send the WWI Medic to your target, who will then heal them(protecting them) if they are hit with a kill action tonight.

Commentary: Ooh, another "JOAT". The two-shot protect was there to help balance out the kills in this game. The other two abilities... weirder, to say the least. Dwarf Fortress... is Dwarf Fortress, let's just put it that way. Pretty useful if used right(keeps any actions at all from working on the target, after all. And makes chaos). And finally, Liberal Crime Squad. A kill that tracks. Because why not. Sadly never got used.

((1-Shot, Night)/Night): A Shield Wrought From Kindness [target]: You were well known for your kindness and compassion on Bay 12-now you can manifest this in physical form, as a shield that protects your target from kill actions tonight. Alternatively, you may use up this action’s shot to use it on every single player tonight. If this action’s shot is used up, you may no longer use it in its lesser form.
(2-Shot, Day): Compensating For Timezones: The day is extended by 24 hours.
(1-Shot, Day): Avatar: You may only use this ability while you are dead. You may now make a single post containing game related information, and(if you want to) a vote that will last until just after this day’s lynch.

Commentary: Another "JOAT" style town role. Also a counter to the huge numbers of kills about. Avatar had the potential to save LYLO for the town(4 players left, 2 mafia, 2 town, but Tiruin can still use her vote from the grave, so game not over). Compensating for timezones... helped, to say the least. Every second of the time she added was used. So... pretty powerful. And that was without the protection of being the Queen.

Maybe if the mafia had a role cop this would have gone differently.

One final note: there was a potential mod error made when TBF redirected BHK to Deus. I'm not sure whether I acted as I should have when that happened(what I should have done was roll initiative for griffinpup and TBF to see who went first). I may or may not have done that, I'm not sure.
