Definitely a generic recon catgirl with a G3 . She has the distinctive G3 iron sights and the slotted flash suppressor, in addition to screws on the butt (not on all G3 models, but fairly common and not present on most FN FALs). It also has longer furniture with no holes in it near the barrel, which you would generally expect to find on a generic FAL. If I had to guess, it looks like a G3A3, like this one:

Yeah, yeah, I just looked for a second at the general shape and posted, and then I checked back and noticed the rear sight and lack of holes in the handguard.
