Sound Effects is a spell that increases a person's cuteness proportional to the caster's Illusion Magic Skill. Sakura-chan's stat-build focused on having an extremely high Illusion Magic Skill, and she has both of those skills, and by the time Magical Spambot Girls ended, had a means to perform two buffs in a single turn. And since this version of her is after she leveled up even further and retired from active service...

So basically, she can just amplify his qualities further. And improve his ability to sell his products to the elderly and women.))
