"Well, yes.  But infrequently.  It should hold a charge for at least two days before it gets critical.  Needs maybe four to six hours to get full battery from a wall outlet."

"Right. Your robot will be stored in one the closets in the dorm building after hours, primarily so it doesn't get randomly vandalized. I'd like to think nobody would do that, but teenagers are asses."

"Huh? Go ooon~" Etsuko leans forward. Slightly.

"Do you have any hobbies?"

"...This was not the information conveyed to me.  Or to my parents for that matter."

"It's just temporary, we've not had a telepresence robot used before."

((And honestly, where else would they put it? It's not like they can leave it in the tech office, or a dorm room. Schools don't trust students that much.))

"I'm decently sure that I was supposed to be assigned to a room, as any other boarding student, though."
((Honestly, a dorm room was what I was thinking.))

Although, it seems a bit weird to put a robot in the dorms. Considering there's nothing stopping the roommate from vandalizing it or being framed for vandalizing it.))

Also, vandalizing the robot would be akin to any other student-student prank, unless it's structural damage at which point, suspension for assaulting a student.  Y'know, standard disciplinary actions.  Plus reparations.  It's not like it's irreplaceable.))

"The staff aren't sure how to handle a telepresence robot. I could probably ask if you could be assigned a dorm instead, if you want."

"I doubt they'll let him into the girls dorms, if he does get a dorm room."
