Tripped, faceplant, kneecap smacking:
The standing orc tries to punch you but misses, because the one on the ground pulls your leg out and trips you down with him. You do hit your face pretty hard on the ground when you go down. This puts you on the ground and oddly, nicely positioned to smack the standing orc in the kneecap with your club. He is now also on the ground, holding his knee and yelling.

Meanwhile, the first orc to go down now has a hold of your ankle and is trying to either pull you towards him or crawl closer to where you are or both.

What do you do?

Stab the one that's holding our leg in the eye with our pointy stick. Then club the other one in the face.

Failing the above, hit him in the wrist with our club.

You try and fail to stab the orc holding your leg with your thick pointy stick (which STILL has 2 bugcakes on it). He climbs up further and tries to hit you in the stomach, he manages to and you are a little hurt by this. You club him in the arm a little behind the wrist and that just looks like it hurt like crazy. He is now thoroughly distracted.

You can't seem to manage to get the other one, who tries to stand up and manages that.

What do you do?

You club the orc who had a hold of your ankle repeatedly, missing several times and hitting him really badly other times. He is now unconscious, and bleeding from a few places.

Meanwhile the other orc is now standing again and tries to stomp on your fairly prone form. He misses the first couple of times but manages to stomp on your shoulder and that actually does hurt a bit.

The first orc is unconscious or at least certainly not moving. The other one is standing overtop of you trying to ram his foot into you, painfully if possible.

What do you do?

Grab the foot of the one trying to stomp on us and yank him off balance, then hit him in the head with our club while he's stunned.

Hit him in the crotch with our club! We aren't gonna out strength an orc.
