Pocket the revolver, go to the hotel.
Well, you have no damn idea where that Hotel is, but it's definitely not here, and there's only one exit as far you can tell so its quite obvious that taking it would bring you closer to it, even if it doesn't have an address either. You stroll past the two people on the ramp and head further upwards. The slope flattens out and you find yourself on a railingless bridge of sorts, again made out of billboards. Miniature smokestacks grow on the bridge like clumps of coral, spewing out colorful smog that smells like tobacco smoke. Some of these extend outwards forming small reefs. Below you runs a sea of blood, where each individual droplet is the size of a large grapefruit and is either bright red or dark, nearly black from clotting. Many of them are interconnected in networks that resemble decision tress, with each droplet connecting to at most two subsequent droplets, with each network always starting from a black droplet. Huh, guess DashCon really stepped up its game this year.

From here you can see the city, its expanse nothing short of massive. The skyline is patchwork. Some of the buildings are stitched together from countless differing components, others are hazy as if half remembered details from a dream. Some of them aren't even buildings, just enormous ships and spears planted in the ground. Above it, shielding it from the eye, is an artificial sky, the top of which touches the clouds. It is formed of aircraft and other, decidedly  less than flight-worthy objects, all densely packed, haphazard layer upon haphazard layer. The lowermost regions shine with various lights, illuminating the otherwise darkened city.

Long, silver constructs of angular construction glide across the sea atop thin, stilt-like limbs with surprising speed. With proboscis-like implements, they jab at the droplets organizing them according to some unknown ruleset. As those implements dart in and out, you notice that some of them have old bloodstains upon them. Further out are snow-dusted mountain tops that bob up and down like stone icebergs. Each has fortifications, built like hornet's nests carved into its edifice, and from the entrances you can see the occasional flicker of movement.

The bridge itself heads towards the city, but at its midpoint it is intersected by one of the larger coral reefs, this ones curves off like a path towards a half-built shrine.

You wander around the walled field, amidst the spider-like mushrooms and along the wall of giants. Well, barring that one person's suggestion that this is some kind of really unusual hell, your other two guesses would be down a rabbit hole, or tripping balls, assuming those two aren't one and the same of course.

Rachel has probably helped Stacy up the ramp by this point?

Look for some kind of way out or something, just anywhere where I can actually make progress.

Well, other than the obvious option of going into rehab, there's the ramp the other three buggered off of. The urinal-fountain might have some pumbing below too, but then again it probably won't be large enough to fit through, or maybe breaking it will make the mushroom spiders try to murder you or something.

Stacy has her arm... suspiciously close to Rachel's collarbone as they walk.

Well, onwards towards the city I guess. Ask the civilians where Monolith Hotel is when I get there. Show them the key as well, it may be something important

As in, her arm is around Rachel's shoulders.

And Rachel is letting her do this. If Stacy were anything like she was when she was drunk, she reasoned, she'd be pretty persistent with the flirting. They probably start heading down to the city, as well.

You begin crossing the bridge, finding that one of those constructs is tailing the three of you. It stares with sightless eyes, almost inquisitively as it retracts its proboscis and accelerates to keep pace. It doesn't do anything just yet, but you notice that its slowly turning to a more side-on position and beginning to raise its mouthpiece.

"You have nice hair."
"Thanks, Stacy. Same to you."

-snip-
Rachel is cautious, trying to keep her and Stacy's distance from the thing. And ready to move very fast if necessary.

I slide my hand in my pocket, ready to defend myself if necessary. Otherwise, I continue towards the city.
