Sky Spin: The sky appears to spin, although nothing actually happens; causes fear.
Air Blast: Shoots a blast of air, doing damage to anything it comes into contact with, doing mostly physical damage, but some minor magic damage.
Chaotic Aura: Random beasts appear within a 2000m radius; some are hostile to everything, others are totally passive even if provoked, and others are loyal to the first thing they see.
Description: A swirling mass of clouds, body parts, and dessicated corpses, Azthum prefers to float over the land. No one can quite descibe his exact shape, as he is constantly shifting, but he prefers to remain in the shape of a giant ball with spikes covering every part of it. It is unknown if he has a core, or if his entire body must be destroyed to kill him.

Ooze based: he takes 1/2 damage from Phisical sources, but takes 1.5x damage from Magical Sources.

Absorption: any living human to come in direct bodily contact with him is consumed, restoring 1/10 of a point of health.
Evolution: For 1 Hp he can release 4 basic monsters.

Description: A Formless mass of blue Slime, somehow he still causes total horror. . .

Im going to assume there will be three types of factions in the future,Cults/horror factions Humans and lastly angelic/godly all factions are listed from evil to good as well making humans neutral.

by that logic, what does that make akeraun? he is definitely not angelic or godly, though he is trying to protect the humans. he also has a cult.

He is still and eldritch horror so still the cult/horror even though he has more neutral intentions from my understanding.

try 7.8, rounded up to 8. it's 3 times 2 which equals 6, times 1.3 which is 6 + 1.8 = 7.8
1*anything is the other number involved.

unless your going for minor horror which be 62.4f/63f

correct, that is for 3 creatures with those traits.
if you wanted a single lesser horror with those traits and a free power (though I am not sure if you can imbue traits onto lesser horrors) it would be 8*7.8, which is a massive 62.4, rounded up to 63.very late tier stuff, lesser horrors with traits.

to quote the second post;

Thus Why would I be OP for being able to create 4 traitless monsters for 1 hp?
