Question: what happens when you pack 100 giant elephants into a single square? ima find out :> for everyone else, post the results on other creatures (dorfs too)

Nothing. Well, not nothing; if in the arena, I'm not sure if pasture competition will get them, but in DF mode, it surely will. So you'll have 100 angry giant elephants.

The way I'd like to view this happening, is 99 elephants laying down perfectly in a small space in order to not lay ontop of eachother...And one is just standing there since he got there first, but now he too is tired but the others won't let him lie down.

Wasn't there some discussion on weaponizing that effect once?  I think it was something about dropping masses of chickens or turkeys on invaders so that they'd peck them to death.

Or maybe that was just the dwarven childcare thread.

Yeah you its called doberman bomb or something like this. You pack them up tightly and release on sidge they try to get out of this one taile and basically go through enemy like a river of living flesh.

Also if you send your dwarves with them goblins don't prioterise dwarves and attack everything so there is less chances of them hitting your guys.

I've used a bunch of fliers in a cage to get ranged units to expend all their ammo, never tried it with more interesting critters but I kinda want a polar bear bomb now
