Humans but with Absurd hair skin amd eye colors as well as the abilty to do magic and be stuck in a something called a support branch after reaching S they then instantly become gods who can say nothing but their name but will never do anything even though they'll be powerfull enough to destroy reality!

Why do you want gods that can't do anything?

Becuase... if bad things aren't happening their can be no heros as such they'll will never stop this cycle unless they ask for help.

One possibility is to have them be creatures with blue and orange morality.
