If you are watching a movie about ninja, and you see five thousand ninjas in white outfits, led by a single ninja in a long robe with some gold ornamentation and an engraved staff, and they fight three ninjas, one dressed in blue, another orange, and the last green, then the 5000 ninjas will basically be irrelevant to the fight, but the single ninja will easily defeat any one of the three unless two of the three have been removed from the fight...

The basics of conservation of ninjitsu is that adding more ninjas will not lead to a more powerful force, but it is generally exploitable by having many unique ninja that are each going to be at least vaguely relevant. Of course, this doesn't apply to real life, where numbers are usually amongst the greatest deciding factors, but forum games often succumb to various media conventions...

Seeing Zhang Wei's growth you call her before you one day and give her a mission to go out to experience the greater Martial World beyond the Ashwood Expanse, and gain experience by combating those with greater strength than herself. She agrees readily and you see her off from the exit of your cavern watching your personal disciple tread out to face the dangerous martial world ...

While the rest of your sect disciples train under your old methods you personal continue trying to refine your own cultivation, and martial techniques which proceeds far better than you could have thought! Though you still cannot manage to breakthrough into Soul Fusion you feel your mastery over the Fist of the Three Mountains and Swiftwind Step growing by the day, so much that you are sure that you've managed to reach the partial mastery stage of both techniques!

As the year draws to a close you finally begin to notice a change in your sect's cavern as the earthly qi has seemed to have grown a level becoming somewhat above average making it beneficial for cultivation!

Zhao Li should go to the nearest large city, preferably one where there aren't very many sects already, and go to the roughest bar there. Once he's there, Zhao Li should loudly announce that the Bronze God's Bod Technique has made him invincible and challenge anyone there to strike him as hard as they can. After a few of them try, and fail to harm Zhao Li he should tell them that if they wish to gain this power, Zhao Li will teach them the Technique in exchange for them joining our Sect. We should tell them about the intense training and high death rate to begin with, in order to weed out the cowards and weaklings among any would-be disciples. Zhao Li should repeat this several times until we've gathered around 40 or so Drunk Fools. Then we should take all of them back to our Armpit Shrine Cavern.

Once the Drunk Fools are back at the Shrine the Steelhearts will train them like Zhao Li did them, Since the Steelhearts are busy training new Disciples they won't have time to train themselves, allowing us to keep on top of things. To increase their loyalty to one another the Sect should be required to spend 2 hours every day meditating together.

Zhoa Li should go around the area near our Armpit Shrine and ask the people of any nearby villages about their troubles, if they complain about bandits or violent beasts Zhao Li should slay them, increasing our Reputation. If they complain about another Sect we should investigate further before acting. After Zhao Li has helped out a few villages he should tell them that the Ironstrider Sect will continue to protect them as long as they supply us with their surplus crops and a tenth of their villages yearly currency income.

First we need to recruit some more disciples, we have only 9 of them. That's not even enough to constitute a reasonably large bandit gang. The larger our Sect is the more powerful we'll be, making the Villages more likely to listen to us.
