It was close to shattering, but there was nothing for it; he had no other means of helping the others... except for using his body to take the blows meant for them. He had to take down the ones he still could before his weapon failed him. Once it did, he would be of little use to anyone.

"Miss Rosalia, shoot the axeman! Sir Typhos, take my place and deal with the swordsman! I'll fight the soldier!"
