I wonder, how at Vurt-E vs. Lucius in the last turn there is "Roll for damage: 4+1-1! = 4dmg". 4 is roll of 1-4 spear, -1 is probably from Lucius's armor (there seems to be no place to see equipment of dead people but it was either not pierced Aketon AP 1 (already at minimal AP 1) or Chainmail AP 2 pierced by spear, both is then AP 1) but from what place is that +1? There is "Shields benefit the ATTACK'ing player as well, with a -1 modifier to the Shield's bonus." but Vurt-E has only +1 shield. Vurt-E has helmet so it can't be effect of Wine. And team B is surely not using fierce tactic. Have I missed something?

What's the functional difference of +1 Parry / +1 Block / +1 Evasion? Or are those just various names for bonuses during hit roll for attacked player?

I get +1 Hit is bonus during hit roll for attacking player and +1 DMG with +1 max DMG bonuses during damage roll for attacking player, where the first one is just added to rolled value (rolled 4 -> 5) and the second one rises possible roll value (roll 1-4 -> roll 1->5).

+Hit applies to the one who won the base roll. +Evasion/Parry/Block (I should standarize the wording...) to the one who lost the roll. The roll is always 1d6.

These mercenaries... they apparently just love infighting.
Though, if they were wildly running away and then are suddenly trying to turn and attack, those in the back during that fleeing may slam into those in the front.
