Powers:Navigating bureaucracy.  (None in particular).  Knows how to use guns.

Appearance:Stephanie wears proper business attire.  Suits and all that.

Position:She's the secretary.  She handles all the busywork and mans the front desk and the default extension.  It's not a glorious position, but it pays well.

Somehow I doubt that you'll be allowed 2 staff members in addition to your student character.

Well then, I think Terrsha would probably focus on debugging others, and protection spells, as that fits in with the voodoo and stuff. For the abilities, I have two in mind: Protection Ritual, which would either negate damage for a person like a shield, and a basic curse, name to be changed, which would weaken the enemy, such as lessening their damage output.
