I would imagine that punching would be something like STR damage, maybe have 60 Hit, -10 crit, no weight, capped at one attack. Just how I'd do it, but you're the GM.

Str damage, one hit only was how i was thinking it, yeah. I was originally going to go 70 hit but also no crit possible.
