Yes. Well, probably. I know there's another mod that has one of those that works just fine. I'll post the thing here, it should be easy to edit.

Aaaand I tried it andddddd

Its doing that thing where it only works on people I dont control again. I knwo this because, I ate the thing, walked around for lyke twenty minutes, then as soon as I returned to arena they suddenly transformed.

Are you sure that they aren't suddenly transforming when you enter arena mode because the timescale is different?

Edit: upon rereading your original post, it looks like this isn't the case. Still, look out for that.

its set to occur in 2 frames, and I tried crawling literally around the entire arena.
For some reason it randomly works sometimes and doesn't other times. Right now its working, but I'm sure it'll randomly not work when I actually intend to use it because that's what it always does. Nya...
