DESCRIPTION

An illusory duplicate of you steps clumsily into an adjacent square, presenting a tempting target before winking out of existence.

Any creature that threatens that square must succeed at a Will save or make an attack of opportunity against the image. The image's AC is equal to 10 + 1/2 your caster level, but as a figment, the image is unaffected by any attack.

You swing at the snake and try and run off. (CRiT) You deftly cut deep into the snake and deal ((3-1)*2) damage! ((That -1 modifier is mean...)) (14+7) You jump off of him and hit the ground into a roll and move off of the snake, distancing yourself from the predator.

Varg swings his axe at the snake, slashing at the snakes hide and cutting it for (10) damage!

Perhaps I'm mis-remembering, but don't crits always deal full damage? Ritiki's rapier deals 1d4 damage. by itself.))

((Only in 4e sadly... I remember in my RL game, where I was a ranger, I dealt 10 damage on a crit because I fumbled the damage roll and had a +4 to strength on a x2 weapon. I crit often too, being a two weapon ranger with one sword that had a 18-20 crit range and the other had a 19-20 crit range, and striking 4 or more times with my swords. And I still rolled crappily on my crits until I fought a titanic centipede and cleaved it in half while it was at full HP))
