Greetings! Playing in version 34.11, I have been confronted to the bug causing any enemy leader / noble / general leaving the map during a siege to lose its position.

My question is the following : is there any solution (via memory hacking or anything else) to give him back his position, in order to make him come back to my fort during a future siege?

The reason is that I really want to kill this guy, a demon who took over a human kingdom and started a thousand years-long war with my dwarven civilization, driving it to the brink of extinction. I could not capture him during the first human siege, and since he lost his position after leaving the map, he won't be back. So yes, I could kill him with an adventurer -I backed my save and dud just that, confirming that he was still alive, chilling in the human capital-, but I do not want to abandon my fortress, which my civilization's last existing site.

Maybe DFHack's "makemonarch" or something like that?

I was thinking about something like that, but... How to do so, as the demon in question is not on the map? :-/

I guess in Adv. Mode? I know there are some cheats to "retire" a fort in 34.11.
