Wait No dont start yet! 

Name: Robert C. Cladderfuff
Business: Researcher of the Occult/Experimental Chemist
Background: Raised in the old town of Arkham. Studied comfortably until coming across a book full of peculier symbols. This led hi down a path that caused great misfortune to those nearby. However, he's got enough control to make it reasonabky safe to be around him. Enjoys investigating ancient ruins, invocating forbidden tomes and attempting to create new elements.  Heard that this place was infamous for its eldritch terrors, and immediately planned a vacation.
Goals: Figure out the secrets of such a peculier place, and possibly return back to Miskatonic with clear evidence that Outer Spheres do exist.

Plan of action: Find local source of information, preferabky written, then go to the tavern and down a few gins. Being slightly brewed helps my thinking process

Business: Oi, some people might say I rely on blood money, but that's not true. Artifacts doesn't bleed. I'm a bit of a Treasure Huntah, ya see?
Backstory: Kill people. Get money by doing the previous action. Buy cheap wine from the money. Repeat. It's all Billy ever knew, from the day he shot his first rifle. The 'Treasure Hunting' He refers to is breaking into some nobleman's house and stealing their valuables.
Goals: Billy is here for sheer amassing of wealth.

((again this is about the Economic Side of Things. I have no actual combat system prepared so yeah, no exploring in forbidden places and no killing people...you are businessmen here with legal or semi-legal businesses. Lord Porkins same goes for you as for crazyabe you folks need a proper source of income. I can't do much with Librarians and Researchers. You are here to provide services to the townspeople, the nobleman and the adventurers he is hiring.))

Business: Red Kin Guild

Backstory: Eliza is 19 year old women who comes from family of guild masters, Her family ran one of largest of adventure and tradesmen guilds in eastern land having huge information network and accommodation. She is second oldest of three daughters and two son's and her older brother has become the new family head after renowned guild master Samual Worick passing. At age of 6 she started being tutored in business and accounting, At 12 she was passed up as scion which fell to her older brother who excelled better than her. She left her family at age 15 and began military service working in espionage for three whole years thanks to her talent information control. At age 19 she set out to the Darkest town along with her youngest sister Ruby, to set up a rival guild business there.

Goals: Establish ownership over explored ruins and form largest guild in the continent.

((as I said, he would be organizing and training the guards. on the side, he would be talking to the adventurers and gleaning as much info as he can from them to help new ones get up to speed on what they're dealing with. for a price...)

And how much can I afford at this moment? If I can afford the amount of steel needed buy it, accept the armor job but decline the rifle job stateing that I would not be able to make rifles worthy of the noble. Then get started on the job, have the apprentice help and observe to get more experience. If I can't afford it politely decline stateing lack of materials, and look for other jobs.

Ok tell the noble at this time that I can only make two or three suits , and the rifles I cannot do with any degree of quality. Buy 50 kg with my pounds and start making the first two suites if the noble says yes.

End of Week 1

Coach Transports

A mad dash through the darkness. Wagon behind Wagon an entire Convoy racing at breakneck speed.

[65] In the front the mad coachman brings new souls for the grinder. Loaded to bear with people of the martial persuasion they lead this convoy of madness trailblazing for the rest.

[54] Behind them the oldest profession as is custom. For every army there is a train of camp followers just as large. The soul that sees death craves the warm embrace that lets one forget the abyss.

[37] The pained screams of a dying horse. A Crash of Wood. survivors seeking help being crushed under hoof and wheel, left behind in the darkness. The proprietor of an inn, his cartload of spirits and his harlots his only companions in the cursed woods. Except for a pissed off guardsman with not a single penny to his name.

[87] Two purveyors of truth, one bringing light into the interminable darkness and one dabbling in it. Their company two who believe in the doctrine of Blood and Iron. One peddles in Iron, the other in Blood.

[12+10] You immediately set to work with your apprentice forging the new armor while you wait for the arrival of your remaining steel. As you work on the breastplate and order your apprentice to smelt more iron down you suddenly hear a splash and pained screaming.
You find your apprentice on the ground screaming at the top of his lungs his face covered in molten steel. You rush him as fast as you can to the Mute Sisters Asylum where he is taken in. The sisters want 100 Sterlings for his treatment...

This is really bad. You spent all your money on the steel order and you have a 100 Sterling bill...they give you till next week to foot it otherwise the guard will come a-knocking. Worst of all the entire 10 kg of Steel and the armor are lost.

You got two of them before they overhelmed you, now you are stranded in the weald...alone in the dark, somehow still alive. Your horse is dead and you have no food. Only Old Mary protecting you against the dangers of this place.

OOC: Okay, for Father Din you earn money via what people donate. Generally religious folks (vestals and crusaders mostly) will spend more. You will have a weekly service which is your primary source of income depending on your oratory skill. Furthermore you gain money by holding funeral services for dead people.

if you build out your church you will be able to build a confession booth which brings in indulgences and a Sanctum in which you can bless Crusaders, Vestals and particularly Zealous people. if they are successfull they will make hefty donations.

Eliza Worick as a guild owner will mainly make money by investing it first. How you do that is your business but i presume you will invest in the adventurers and get a share when they come back.

If you folks have some sort of house you don't need to stay in an inn or a hostel, if you don't prepare to spend at least 1 Sterling per week on staying somewhere.
