ENG would move past her, and go for the house at a steady march.

Ayane ignores the first half of ENG's sentence. She wasn't really shocked about the deaths part, considering the rest of the people around Mio.
"Yes. Preserving sanity means threatening to kill people. I'm clearly off my rocker here and clearly wrong about not wanting people to get shot.

Alanis, or whatever, when did your group start attracting insane people?"
