• Main criticism I can think of, since I was only in the game for the final battle, is that we were told that the two target areas were too far away for leaving a skeleton crew to buy time at one while the majority of our forces destroy one and wheel around for the other. But not only did the Vertex fail to attack the ship as far as I know, once it was defeated the group fighting it were able to participate in the Trespasser battle the following turn.

To answer one, to be fair, the Vertex would've attacked the ship if the protagonists hadn't attempted to kill it first.

I concur, we should be trying to get the conduit summoning rods from the Lurker in the Angle and attempt to craft stuff with them. Or you know, get possessed by a ravenous eldritch god that will hopefully eat the Trespassers
