Because why not.Hero Form: Yuki remains mostly the same in appearance while in Hero form, with almost no change in appearance. However, her attire, regardless of what it is, changes to the same thing; a pure-white halter with golden gauntlets and tights reaching down to her knees. Her arms and legs are clad in metal greaves and gauntlets. Her weapon is a large, circular white shield, embossed with her symbol, a stylized golden peony. On her right hip, a stylized peony can be seen, with five petals surrounding it. When all petals are lit up, she can enter Mankai mode.
Mankai: Much the same as her Hero form, with some essential differences: her shield increases in size, and her unprotected arm’s gauntlet increases in size, resembling Mio’s gauntlets. A giant metallic ring constructed of white plates floats in the air behind her, with five smaller crystals floating around it, resembling ‘petals’ and resembling a peony flower. Finally, her halter changes to a traditional priestess’ robe, reaching down to her feet, still protected by greaves.
Personality: Calm, composed and quiet, even under danger. She keeps her temper down, even when her anger threatens to overwhelm her, in contrast to her sister.

Perks:Hero of the Shinju: Yuki was chosen by the Shinju, the gods who protect her world, as a Hero, protectress of the world armed with magic to fight the hordes of the Vertex. This perk grants access to the unique Action ‘Mankai', which does not take up an Action slot, and allows Yuki to take an extra Fairy instead of levelling up her Actions or taking a new Action every five levels. Yuki is limited to six Fairies.
If You’re Troubled, Talk To Someone: Yuki can select a protectorate at the beginning of the battle. If that ally is rendered under half health any time during that fight, Yuki encourages them on and protects them, granting them half of Yuki’s RES for two turns. This only activates once per fight.
Immovable Object: If afflicted with any physical status effects, incoming damage against Yuki is reduced by 10%.
Equipment: Due to the unique nature of this equipment, Yuki can only use these in Hero form.

-Hero Terminal: Allows Yuki to transform into her Hero form. It also detects nearby Vertex, if any are located.
-Fairy Summon: Calls Yuki’s Fairies to her if she is attacked while in normal form, putting up a Basic Defend action if she is attacked first. Only happens once per fight.
-Hero-Locked: Only Yuki can activate the other functions of the terminal. If anyone else were to use the phone, they would only be able to use it for normal phone functions. Not that it’s that easy, considering it’s password-locked.

Basic Defend: Fairy Barrier: One of Yuki’s fairies comes up and protects her from attacks until Yuki attacks.
-Oni: 25% of damage is returned to the enemy as damage before reduction by Yuki’s defenses.

- Mankai: Iron Charge: Yuki smashes an opponent with her shield hard, dealing [(STR+Weapon Damage)*2] damage. It has a 30% chance to stun. (Phys) [Level 2].
Tower Stance: Yuki protects herself and an ally with her shield. 50% of damage directed at an ally is instead taken by Yuki until the ally’s next turn. (Res) [Level 2]

-Shield Throw: Yuki can throw her shield at a far off enemy, damaging them for [STR+Weapon Damage] damage instead of DEX. However, Yuki loses the RES bonus gained from using her shield until the start of her next turn. (Str) [Level 2]
-Mankai: Whirling Moon Throw: Yuki can throw her shield at a far off enemy, damaging them for [STR+Weapon Damage] damage instead of DEX and ignoring 4 points of the target’s RES RES. However, Yuki loses a quarter of her RES until the start of her next turn. (Str) [Level 2]
Heroic Defense: Yuki plants herself in a position and raises her shield to defend herself, blocking all attacks against her until her next turn and causing a targeted enemy to attack her instead. However, she is still vulnerable to status moves that do not do damage or make contact with her. This can only be executed after five turns and every five turns after that. (Res)
-Mankai: Warding Bloom: Yuki plants herself in a position and raises her shield to defend herself, blocking all actions except status-inflicting non-attack moves against her until her next turn and causing a targeted enemy to direct all actions to her instead. As a result, Yuki’s RES is halved in the turn after Warding Bloom. This can only be executed after five turns and every five turns after that. (Res)

-Mankai: Protect the Meek: Yuki taunts an opponent, redirecting their next action against Yuki. In addition, this next action is entirely negated, leaving Yuki completely unaffected. However, Yuki loses 25% of her RES after using Protect the Meek.
Unique Action:
- Mankai: By the power of the gods, even magic in its glory can bloom like flowers in spring. Calling upon the power of the Shinju, Yuki can temporarily access a mode of immense strength, doubling her Strength, Dexterity and Synergy for five turns, as well as allowing her to access alternate versions of her Actions. Yuki must wait five turns or use all of her Actions to activate Mankai. However, once she exits Mankai mode, she immediately gains the Sange status.
- Sange: However, as all flowers bloom, so must they wilt. Yuki will exit Mankai mode when she loses 1/2 of her maximum life or five turns have passed. Yuki’s Strength, Dexterity, Synergy and Resistance are reduced by 40% for three turns after exiting Mankai mode, and she must wait another five turns or use all of her Actions to reactivate it.

Other: Fairies: Ethereal beings who aid the Heroes, sent by the Shinju to protect them in battle. For every new Fairy Yuki gains except for her initial Fairy, one of her actions gains an extra effect. Yuki can use her Fairies to protect herself from attacks. Yuki can only gain an extra Fairy every five levels, and can only take them in lieu of upgrading an action or gaining a new action. She is limited to six Fairies. Her limit of Fairies increases by one per new Action gained.
