That does make sense, considering the CFVY/CRME curbstomp and what everyone thinks about that. (Although personally I think Yatsuhashi wasn't actually an illusion, and just got his ass literally kicked so hard he was sent away from Coco, as dumb as that sounds.)

Well, yeah, but if he actually attacked and Neo or whoever just made it look like she did it for no reason, why would he do it even with no Aura? Considering it's Yang, there's no way she won't attack him in self defense and Aura is the only thing keeping everyone from slicing each other to death when they fight, meaning he had literally no means of legitimate defense against her when she attacked back.

I'm beginning to think Cinder and Ironwood are in cahoots, to be honest. She doesn't seem to have targeted Atlas, for one, and she DID acquire a Paladin last volume, and Ironwood doesn't rub me the right way.

Plus, she probably doesn't need/want anything from Atlas.

I dunno. It just seems a plausible idea. Atlas IS quite militaristic, and Cinder seems WAY too well-trained. Remember that the CIA pulled similar crap IRL with training fighters in the Middle East, and....well, it's not a stretch to think that Cinder might just have been trained for something.

It's just a funny theory that I have no proof for, so eh.
