Okay so, Zeno of Citium would obviously be a dedicated Tank with insane survivability and no offensive options whatsoever. I guess he'd probably be someone the party would want to hire. Averroes could probably be helpful as well, acting as either a healer focused on revives, a dedicated buffer, or a combination thereof.

I dunno, TCM never specified any specific branch of Philosophy. So I guess Hobbes, and Marx would be perfectly permissible as well. A Leviathan summon would probably be quite interesting at any rate, likely having overwhelming power in raw damage and debuffs but unable to act all except under certain circumstances making a deterrence-based lockdown that spends most of the battle just sitting there, giving Grima death threats, rather than a proper heavy hitter
