You lessen the effect physics has on reality; this should allow the magic that you wield come into existence, in a much lesser form; other than that, you slightly change the effect of quantum mechanics to allow alternate universes to occur.

Then you allow the 600,000 years to pass, observing as primordial particles conglomerate themselves into the first atoms; hydrogen, lithium, and some other light elements. You have the blank canvas, and you now have the paint; you just simply have to recompose the atoms into compounds or heavier atoms, then you can begin the process of creation.

Despite you being a god, even uncreated beings like you have limits. Belonging to you is a pool of "mana" which allows you to alter reality or shape your resources in some way, and the cost of the actions depends much on the magnitude of it.
