I am now going on a great trek to the north, to hunt the many monsters that Mokus has revealed. I'll likely have to find a new guide in a northern town in order to find more monsters, though.

Approaching a shrine known as the Turquoise Leopard, Eric saw the familiar sight of dwarven skeletons before discovering the mountain titan who inhabited it. Lene Imaaríle Liquenapari was an enormous mole covered in fluffed-out aqua feathers. On its head were a pair of spindly antennae. Eric drew his weapons and prepared for battle. The giant mole had his back turned to Eric, so Eric took advantage of this opportunity by sneaking up behind it and slashed it in the back. To Eric's suprise, the attack barely broke the skin, and now he had the mole's full attemtion. After breathing a glob of deadly spit, which missed him, the mole scratched at Eric, which also missed. Jumping back from another attack, Eric saw something odd. Blood was draining profusely from the giant mole, spraying out onto the loam floor of the shrine. But his attack had only broken the skin! Did the creature not have fat, or muscle? A second stab revealed that it did, in fact, have muscle, for Eric saw the deep cut made into the mole's body. After another sword slash tore open the fat, he swung again at the lower body. The giant mole was gouting blood everywhere, though no arteries were slashed. An attempt to chop off the mole's antennae resulted only in a deep cut to the head. After many, many slashes, Eric decided to slash the mole's left rear paw, severing a sensory nerve and causing the beast to fall over. Many more cuts followed, and a strike to the beast's head resulted in a skull fracture. Eric continued to hack away at the fallen beast, dodging scratches, bites, and globs of deadly spit, until a one lucky sword slash finally cut the mole's head off at the neck

I've stopped off at a dwarf fortress, and through a trade that may have involved theft (I'm honestly not sure whether it counted as theft or not), I've acquired a steel short sword from one of the Swordsdwarf guards.

Continuing north, Eric accidentally stumbled across an undiscovered lair. Entering it, he found an ettin named Itheÿi Ayiereni Liecelecebela. The ettin had raw umber skin, and long, charcoal hair. The beast's left head was shorter than its right, and it was fat, but with considerable muscle underneath. Having dodged the first two attacks, Eric drew his weapons and prepared to fight. He hoped that his new steel shortsword could cause much more damage than his old iron one. The first slash tore open the beast's fat in the lower body, causing blood to spray onto the lair's loam walls. A second slash to the right lower leg again tore the fat, but caused no further damage.
The Ettin continued to stand, and tried to charge. Eric dodged to the east before it could reach him, and this time swung his sword with even more strength, hitting the Ettin's right lower leg a second time. This time, his sword cut through muscle, and the Ettin collapsed, blood gouting from the two wounds in it's leg. A heavy stab to the beast's upper body tore through muscle yet again, and judging by how it began heaving for air, Eric could guess that he had torn open a lung as well. His sword was firmly lodged in the beast's chest, however, and in pulling it out, Eric had to dodge multiple punches from the Ettin's fists. Another stab tore the beast's guts, and the Ettin looked as though it were about to vomit.
Two more slashes continued to tear through the beast's muscle, and suddenly the Ettin yelled out about how he had struck down Sodel Silveryrenown. Some good it'll do for him now. Eric slashed the beast's left hand, hoping to sever it. While this didn't happen, he still managed to fracture the bone, along with chopping through a tendon, a ligament, and countless nerves. The Ettin's left hand was essentially out of commission. Another stab to the chest fractured the beast's right flase ribs and got the sword stuck yet again. After pulling it out, Eric tried to stab the beast's eyes. This failed, and instead his steel blade fractured the left head's skull. He slashed the beast's chest twice more, and the Ettin then screamed with rage. Blood was trickling was both of its mouths, and it's entire body was coated in it's own blood. After multiple stabs to the chest, Eric tried to sever it's left lower arm, instead he basically ruiend it in the same way he ruined the beast's hand. After countless slashes and stabs to the beast's upper and low body, one cut spilled it's guts. Countless more stabs and slashes followed, until one of Eric's stabbed tore apart the Ettin's heart. The beast, in extreme pain, soaked in it's own blood, and barely able to move, was now doomed to die. After yanking his sword out of the beast's heart, Eric took a couple of steps back, and the Ettin, struggling to stand, finally collapsed to the ground from blood loss. It wasn't moving.

Itheÿi Esteemedbrains, Ettin, has been slain.

Approaching another shrine, Eric saw the familiar sight of skeletons- so far he spotted one goblin skeleton and one elven skeleton. He then saw the marsh titan Lanlar Toltotârid Iden Erong. A massive hairy ladybug, it had a knobby shell and a regal bearing. It's eyes possessed a golden yellow glow. Eric drew his sword and prepared to fight, though he remembered Mokun's warning when he talked about the beast. The marsh titan he was preparing to battle had a deadly venomous bite, Eric would be killed easily if the beast was allowed to bite him. With this in mind, he snuck up behind the ladybug and slashed it's abdomen, fracturing its chitin. After dodging a kick, Eric stabbed at the beast, which jumped back as well. A second stab from his steel blade only chipped the chitin on the marsh titan's thorax. A second, heavier stab managed to tear through the muscle, as Eric continued to dodge and block kicks the creature's multiple feet. A wild swing from his blade managed to tear through a ligament and a tendon on its third right foot,p. Immobilization might be the best way to deal with this beast, he thought. He hacked away at the beasts's feet, until it fell over, not enough legs strong enough to keep it standing. After hacking away at the beast, Eric wildly swung his sword, bringing it down on the beast's abdomen so hard that it was almost completely cut away from the rest of the torso.

Lanlar Ravenblossomed, the Paddle of Biles, Marsh Titan, has been struck down.

Well guys, here is my first battle with a Bronze Colossus:

Approaching the shrine of Clashedgrand, our hero sneaks up to the familiar sight of skeletons, expecting a titan (for the specific monsters Mokun pointed out in each shrine had become a blur to him) only to find a massive bronze statue bent in mayhem. Eric tried to sneak up behind the beast, only for the colossus to spot him and head his way. Seeing that he was spotted, he drew his weapons and prepared to battle. After dodging the beast's initial attack, Eric fractured its left hand with a swing of his blade. The colossus used that same hand to throw a punch, which the swordsdwarf blocked with his shield. A quick slash to the colossus' lower body resulted in only a dent in its bronze torso. Eric launched another strike, a heavier one, at the beast's upper body, only to dent it a second time. After dodging two charges, Eric tried a new plan of attack. He aimed a heavy stab at the beast's torso, but the blade merely glanced away without leaving a scratch! A slash to the neck resulted in a fracutre, aiming for the head may be the only way Eric could kill the beast. After blocking another punch, Eric swung again, fracturing the neck a second time. Eric tried immobilizing the beast by aiming for the feet. A wild swing to the left foot fractured the bronze, but the colossus still stood. Eric wildly swung his blade at the beast's neck again, and this time the injured piece was cloven asunder. Another slash to the beast's upper right leg merely dented it.
After fracturing the beast's left hand a second time, Eric was charged by the collosus and tumbled to the ground. The beast tried to grab him but he scrambled away and stood back up. Another slash to the arm only resulted in a dent. A wild slash to the head resulted in a fracture, though the subsequent slash merely dented it. After failing to dodge a charge, Eric was knocked backwards and barely blocked a punch with his shield. Who knows how devastating a single punch from such a tough beast could become. Eric stood up, dazed, as the colossus approached. It was machine-like, not feeling pain, not feeling confusion, only focused on killing. After jumping around each other, Eric finally landed a lucky slash that had cloven asunder the colossus' head.

The Bronze Colossus (whose name I failed to catch) has been struck down, his body now turned into a masterful bronze statue of Enure Mistynamed the elf.

Wandering into a lair in the north, Eric, after stumbling around trying to found it, discovered that he had found the lair of Ziril Nëlsarab Shakerhlimul, a green-scaled dragon. The dragon did not appear to be expecting an attack, but the swordsdwarf knew this didn't matter, the dragon was a murderer and must be slain. He drew his weapons and slashed the dragon in his lower body, gearing through the muscle. The dragon breathed its deadly fire, which Eric blocked with his steel shield. Eric wildly stabbed the dragon in the upper body, tearing its liver apart and causing the dragon to give in to pain.

Well, that was easy.

One slash to the neck later and...

Ziril Nëlsarab Shakerhlimul, Dragon, has been struck down.
