Looking at the map, it's kind of a moot point about the movement thing; Vera couldn't reach him anyway. Lizbeth could Vuln Odysios without breaking surrender, if that's what we're doing.

Lizbet needs a Vulnerary if that'll be our action.  We may need some trade shenanigans if we can't move.

Chalco doesn't have one, or else things would be simpler.

Ah, then shenanigans it shall be.  It looks like Sen has one, so Sen gives to Chalco, Chalco gives to Lizbet, Lizbet dumps the satchel on Odysios.  That's if we go with surrender, mind you.

Edit: Also since trading is a free action, Chalco can grab one set of vulns from Sen and Lian can grab the other set and both Cyrus and Ody can get healed this turn.
