Surrender means unequipping your weapons (no attacks, counters etc) and holding (no moving) so that Gwyn's units might apprehend you. That's all I can say about it at the moment.

Are we actually allowed to unequip weapons like that?  I mostly ask because every time we've tried it in the past, someone attacks us and we end up utilizing our "unequipped" weapons anyways (FEF 2 springs immediately to mind). ^_^
